Physical and Technical Specifications of PP Woven Rolls

Size Of the Woven Fabric Rolls:
We produce variable widths of the rolls from 350mm to 900mm while the length of the tubular rolls varies depending upon customers’ requirements however we produce 3000-meter long woven fabric as a standard roll.

GSM of the Fabric:
GSM of the fabric varies depending on different industries’ use. We produce PP woven fabric from 50 GSM to 120 GSM. Consult our expert team by Contacting Us for advice on your specific needs.

Denier:
We produce yarn of 550 deniers to 1250 deniers for different applications and usage.

Color and Pattern of the Fabric:
Al Naqeeb Plastic Factory produces the fabric in different colors and strips patterns as per customers’ needs however white, green, yellow, beige colors fabric is the most in-demand. The patterns include border strips, side strips, and middle strips usually pink, purple, blue, black, maroon, brown, and sometimes multicolor PP woven fabric.

Printing on Rolls:
Our printing facility prints in four-color. PP Woven rolls may be printed or delivered unprinted depending upon the requirements.

Specialized PP Woven Fabric Production:
Al Naqeeb Plastic Factory produces specialized UV fabric that may be used for prolonged exposure under direct sunlight or an open environment.
